The Deep Sequencing Group (SFB 655/BIOTEC) provides massively parallelized short read sequencing. Standard workflows are available for RNA sequencig ChIP sequencing/genomic re-sequencing including library preparation, sequencing and bioinformatic data analysis. For customized applications support is given for the experimental design, project processing and data analysis.

The Speedy 100 is a very fast CO2 laser engraver (25W) for materials like acrylic, plastics, rubber, paper, leather, wood, glass and many more. With its JobControl Job Management Software it is easy to handle. The maximum working area is 610 x 305 mm.
