| Live Cell/TIRF AF6000, BIOTEC Our Leica AFLX6000 TIRF is designed for observation of LiveCell systems (incubator) and phenomenons at the interface between the cells and their substrate. The laser lines are well distributed over the spectrum and especially good for common dye combinations. A system of external emission filters wheel allows extremely fast acquisition in combination with an EMCCD for detection of low signal. |

| Becton Dickson FACS Aria II SORP It is a five laser (640, 561, 488, 405, 355nm), 16 parameter cell sorter. It's suitable for multicolor analysis up to 14 colors simultaneously & Flow-FRET. Cells could be sorted using various support, e.g. tubes (FACS, micro or Falcon 15ml), plates (6, 24, 48, 96 and 384-well) and slides. Localy it's the only instrument with a YellowGreenLaser (561nm), which allows the useage of mCherry, DsRed, dTomato, Alexa 555 and other "green-yellow" excitable dyes/proteins. |
