The Oog Plugin for Cytoscape

If you are new to Cytoscape, or want to have a quick look, we advise you to try our WebStart version. If you have already Cytoscape 2.6.0 installed, you can download the Oog plugin separately. In any case you can follow the following instructions:

• Download and install Cytoscape 2.6.0 from www.cytoscape.org.
• Download Oog plugin and drop it into Cytoscape's plugin folder.

Note: The plugin works only with version 2.6.0 of Cytoscape.

Tutorial

The Tutorial gives a step-by-step introduction to the Oog Plugin, explains the power graph visualization used by the plugin, gives a list of important key combinations, and describes the usage of all features of the Oog Plugin.

System Requirements

The Oog Plugin for Cytoscape is designed to work with the version 2.6.0 of Cytoscape. Cytoscape 2.6.0 works with Java 1.5 and Java 1.6. Java is available for download from www.java.com
