Template Data Sheet
The example data sheet (tab-delimited txt file) illustrates the data format that TracePilot requires. The sheet contains tracking coordinates in three dimensions (xyz) over time (nine time points out of a time lapse of 173 time points). Coordinates are noted in pixels in a 512 x 512 image. Cells are named according to TracePilot’s conventions. Each cell (and its daughter cells) is sorted into one of three groups (“code”). Example Project File
The project file was created using the data in the template data sheet. Pixel coordinates were calibrated to microns within the program. The groups are colored red, yellow and green, with the visibility of group 2 turned off.Depending on your computer’s speed, it may take a while for the visualization window to open the first time.
